Terms & Conditions
These Terms explain how Ashvonix Digital Services handles project requests, quotes, payments, delivery, access, communication and service limitations.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, submitting a project request, communicating with our AI Project Assistant, requesting a quote, making a payment or using any service from Ashvonix Digital Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services or submit project details.
2. Our Services
Ashvonix Digital Services may provide website development, WordPress fixing, custom plugin development, PHP/SaaS/web application development, AI chatbot and automation setup, payment gateway integration, landing pages, ecommerce setup, email/newsletter systems, security and anti-spam workflow support, graphics design, video editing and website maintenance services.
The exact service scope depends on the project requirement, available information, technical condition, access availability, third-party platform limitations and the quote approved by both parties.
3. Project Discussion, Quote & Scope
Our AI Project Assistant is used to collect initial project requirements. It does not provide final approval, final pricing, legal advice, financial advice, security certification or guaranteed delivery confirmation.
Final scope, price, timeline, required access and deliverables are confirmed only after review by the Ashvonix team. A quote may be sent by email, payment link, invoice link or other written communication.
If additional work is requested after the original scope is agreed, an additional quote or revised timeline may be required.
4. Payments
Payments may be requested through PayPal, invoice link, checkout link, manual payment instruction or another approved payment method. Work normally starts after the agreed payment is received and the required project information/access is available.
For some projects, full payment may be required before work begins. For larger projects, milestone-based payment or partial advance may be agreed before starting.
Any payment processor fee, currency conversion fee, bank fee or third-party transaction charge may be handled by the payment provider and is not controlled by Ashvonix Digital Services.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate project information, required files, website/platform links, content, brand assets, screenshots, example references, account access, payment account information and other materials needed to complete the work.
Delay in providing required information or access may delay the delivery timeline. Ashvonix Digital Services is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, incorrect details, unavailable access or third-party platform restrictions.
6. Access, Passwords & Security
Please do not send passwords directly through public forms, normal chat or unsecured email. If access is needed, our team may guide you on a safer way to share access.
The client should create temporary access where possible, use limited permissions where practical, and remove access after the work is completed.
Ashvonix Digital Services will use provided access only for the agreed project work. However, clients are responsible for maintaining backups and account ownership of their website, hosting, domain, payment account, email account and third-party services.
7. Delivery, Revisions & Approval
Delivery timeline depends on project complexity, client response time, access availability, third-party service status and any additional requirement changes.
Minor revisions may be included if they are within the agreed scope. New features, major design changes, new pages, new automation logic or extra technical work may require additional payment.
After delivery, the client should review the work and report any issue within a reasonable time. If no issue is reported, the project may be considered accepted.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the service type, work status, time already spent, completed deliverables and third-party costs.
If work has not started, a refund may be considered after deducting any payment processor fee or unavoidable third-party cost. If work has already started or a deliverable has been provided, full refund may not be available.
Digital services, custom development, design work, troubleshooting, consultation, automation setup and completed tasks are generally time-based or knowledge-based services. Therefore, refund decisions are handled case by case.
9. Third-Party Services
Many projects may depend on third-party platforms such as WordPress, hosting providers, domain registrars, PayPal, email providers, APIs, plugins, themes, SaaS tools, AI providers or external software.
Ashvonix Digital Services is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, account limitations, API changes, pricing changes, plugin/theme bugs or restrictions caused by third-party services.
10. Content, Assets & Intellectual Property
The client must have the right to use any logo, image, text, file, code, video, brand asset or content provided to Ashvonix Digital Services.
After full payment is received, final custom deliverables prepared specifically for the client may be used by the client according to the agreed project scope. Third-party assets, plugins, themes, stock files, licensed software or external tools remain subject to their own license terms.
11. Communication
Communication may happen through website chat, email, project discussion form or other agreed communication channels. The client should provide a valid email address and contact information so we can send project updates, quotes and payment instructions.
Ashvonix Digital Services may contact the client regarding project clarification, payment, delivery, access, support or follow-up.
12. Prohibited Requests
We may refuse projects that involve illegal activity, fraud, phishing, malware, credential theft, spam abuse, unauthorized access, harmful automation, misleading financial claims, copyright infringement or violation of third-party platform policies.
We may also refuse any request that is outside our service area or creates unreasonable technical, legal, security or reputational risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
Ashvonix Digital Services aims to provide practical and professional service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted website operation, fixed revenue, ad approval, search ranking, conversion rate, third-party account approval or any result controlled by external platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ashvonix Digital Services will not be responsible for indirect loss, lost profit, business interruption, data loss, third-party platform issues or damages caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
14. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
